Beyond introductions
Some partners want more than a curated intro and the freedom to evaluate on their own. For those partners, we operate a structured co-investment arrangement: we source the deal, run full diligence, coordinate closing, and put our studio team to work on operational support post-investment. Deal by deal, no fund, no lock-in, with economics aligned to outcomes.

Our studio runs independent technical due diligence: architecture, code quality, security, scalability, team capability, and how much of the roadmap is real versus slideware. You get a plain-English verdict before you commit capital.
